Dive Center Deposit & Cancellation Policy

1️⃣ Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 200 euros (guided or unguided dives) is required to confirm any booking.

For technical courses, private guiding, or trimix dives, a 500 euros deposit is required.

No dates are reserved until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the diving/training.

2️⃣ Cancellation by the Client

More than 14 days before start date

→ Deposit can be transferred to a new date within 12 months (one change allowed).

7–14 days before start date

→ 50% of the deposit is forfeited. Remaining 50% may be transferred once.

Less than 7 days before start date

→ Deposit is fully forfeited.

No-show

→ 100% of the full course/diving package fee is charged.

3️⃣ Weather & Safety Conditions

If diving is cancelled due to unsafe weather or instructor decision:

Alternative dates will be offered.

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for unused diving days (excluding already used logistics costs such as gas fills or boat fees).

Safety decisions are final.

4️⃣ Medical or Personal Emergencies

In case of documented medical emergency:

Deposit may be transferred within 12 months.

Refunds are at management discretion.

5️⃣ Technical & Custom Training

Gas blends, boat charters, and private instructor time are prepared in advance.

Any pre-mixed gases or special logistics are charged once prepared, regardless of cancellation timing.

Deposit are to be paid to our bank account here on Gozo/Malta at the following bank with mentioning the date of your stay and your name:

Note:
Deposits are NON-refundable in case of no show, sickness, uncompleted course, or any other reason (deposits will be kept for any future trip or Instruction at our facility and is valid for a 2 years time limit)
