TECHNICAL DIVING PREMIUM MENTORSHIP WITH TOM STEINER
Diver & Instructor-Level Internship Program #TDISDI
Gozo Technical Diving offers a unique opportunity to join Tom Steiner for an intensive, long-term technical diving internship in Gozo, Malta.
This program is designed for motivated divers and diving professionals who want more than a standard course. Instead of training for only a few days, you will have the opportunity to spend an extended period immersed in technical diving, developing your skills, knowledge, experience, and understanding through continuous training and real-world diving.
Duration: 2 Months
Internship Fee: €7,000
Helium is not included
The internship can be structured at either Diver Level or Instructor Level, depending on your current certifications, experience, personal goals, and eligibility for the relevant courses.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to train directly with Tom Steiner and participate in an intensive technical diving environment. Your individual training program will be developed according to your starting level and progression throughout the internship.
The €7,000 internship fee includes instruction and mentoring during the agreed training program, use of cylinders and weights, decompression gases other than helium, instructor gases other than helium, transportation to local training dive sites, and 18% VAT.
Helium is NOT included and will be charged separately according to actual consumption or course.
Agency e-learning, certification fees, accommodation, travel, food, personal diving equipment, and any other costs not specifically mentioned above are not included unless agreed otherwise.
Diver & Instructor-Level Cave Diving Internship Program also available in Spain or France for a minimum period of 1-2 month.
A Complete Technical Diving Experience
This internship is not about collecting certifications as quickly as possible. It is about developing into a more complete, capable, and experienced technical diver or instructor.
Depending on your level and training objectives, the program may include technical diving skills development, equipment configuration, dive planning, decompression procedures, mixed-gas diving, team diving, problem-solving, rescue and emergency procedures, teaching techniques, student supervision, course organisation, gas blending procedures, and exposure to the day-to-day operation of a professional technical diving centre.
Instructor-level candidates may also have opportunities to observe and assist with courses when appropriate and permitted by the relevant training agency standards.
Certification Is Earned — Not Purchased
Participation in the internship does not guarantee certification at any level.
All certifications must be earned by meeting the required standards of the relevant training agency and demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, judgement, attitude, and overall competence.
The advantage of the internship format is time. With a minimum commitment of two months, there is considerably more opportunity to develop, practise, receive feedback, gain experience, and work toward becoming a stronger technical diver or diving professional.
Investment: €7,000 for a Minimum of 2 Months
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your internship period, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed booking conditions.
Places are limited to ensure a high level of personal attention and training quality.
If you are serious about taking your technical diving or professional diving career to the next level, this internship offers the opportunity to train, dive, learn, and gain experience alongside Tom Steiner in one of Europe's leading technical diving destinations.
